WINTER PROGRAM UPDATE

Registration for our Winter Program CONTINUES on Saturday, February 13, 2010 starting at 7:30am.

Meeting location is at Bethany Community Church, 8023 Green Lake Dr. N., Seattle, WA 98103.

The schedule for February 13 is as follows:
- 7:30am - In-person Registration
- 7:30am - Seminar - Running and Walking Form for Fitness
- After Seminar - Group Run or Walk
- Post-Training: Stretching, Q&A with coaches

Hopefully the weather will be dry but plan on bringing some extra clothing just in case it rains. Water, Gatorade and snacks will be provided.

Note: We can only accept Cash or Checks for In-Person Registration on Saturday. Payment by credit card should be done via the Online Registration.

We will meet each Saturday at Bethany Community Church, located at 8023 Green Lake Dr. N., Seattle, WA 98103.

Check out our two newest programs which have been recently implemented. The Advanced Training Program is for those runners who have completed a Marathon but want to improve substantially.

The Orange Team is for those members who are either slower runners or faster walkers who want to improve their pace and become better runners.

USA Fit Seattle

Welcome to Seattle Fit. We are a training program designed with the goal of supporting runners to complete a Full or Half Marathon and for walkers to complete a Half Marathon.  Our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Upon joining, you will receive day-by-day training schedules, Saturday morning group runs/walks, access to trained coaches, informational seminars and a Seattle Fit Training T-shirt.

Does just hearing the word marathon make you shake in your shoes? That's okay, come out and join us anyway! Our participants have various goals ranging from getting in shape to running a Full Marathon or walking a Half Marathon. You will have fun and meet other people just like you, to exercise with and help you accomplish your fitness goals.

Ask anyone who has completed their goal of getting in shape or finishing a half or full marathon, and they will tell you it has truly changed their life. You will feel fitter, happier, and mentally stronger; and all in a short 6 months.

Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or marathon veteran, this marathon training program is the most enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way to get in the best shape of your life.
